Lead Pastor

Lakewood Community Church (LCC), A Christian Wesleyan Affiliate, based in central rural West Michigan, is seeking a Lead Pastor. This experienced Pastor will possess a great vision for the future while leading the congregation in steadfast Bible truths. LCC is a welcoming congregation, excited to begin a new chapter that starts with the hiring of the new Lead Pastor.

• LCC is seeking an ordained (or on the ordination track) Pastor with at least 3-5 years of experience in the Lead Pastor role of a Christian church, that embraces the church’s mission statement and is Kingdom-oriented.
• LCC is seeking a Pastor that will have intentional community engagement and be comfortable and enthusiastic in networking and communicating the vision of the church.
• LCC is seeking a pastor that embraces the Bible as The Word of God and is solidly equipped with knowledge of the Bible.
• LCC desires to have a leader committed to reaching multiple generations and finding ways to reach out to all age brackets.
• LCC is seeking a Pastor, expected to effectively lead, guide, and empower a multi-person staff.
• LCC is seeking a Professional that communicates effectively through both verbal and written language. Proficient skills in technology are required.
• LCC is seeking a leader that pursues our mission in stepping out in faith, takes prudent risks in exploring creative and exciting new avenues for our church family and community to experience God and bring Him glory.
