- Develop and lead an effective and dynamic student ministry (6th-12th grade) that results in new and returning students accepting Christ and becoming fully devoted followers of Jesus for the rest of their lives.
- Recruit, train, equip and hold accountable a team of small group leaders that effectively leads students as they take next steps in their faith journey with Jesus.
- Effectively resource and communicate with parents regarding student ministry.
- Develop a consistent presence in area schools.
- Oversee and evaluate the weekly program needs of student ministry.
- Oversee special events (overnighters, summer camps, etc) for students 6th-12th grade.
- Pursue and oversee serving opportunities for students (6th-12th grade) throughout the week and during weekend services.
- Attend staff/department head meetings and retreats, as requested.
- Participate in regular worship services by preaching/strategic vision casting, as requested.
- Draft and execute a quarterly ministry plan with both short-term and long-term goals/measurables.
- Primary communicator for youth ministry.
- Maintain accessibility with the congregation before and after weekend services.
- Oversee Youth Resident as they lead “Gamer Chapel” ministry in White Cloud.
- Fulfill Pastoral Duties including: Weddings, Funerals, Partnership, Care, Visitation, and other needs as they arise.
- Fully support of the heart of Inspire Church (i,e. – Mission, Vision, and Core Values are deeply held and owned).
- Be a Cheerleader of Volunteers and Staff.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of pastoral ministry experience, ordained in the Wesleyan Church, or a willingness to pursue Wesleyan ordination.
