Leadership Development

Everything rises and falls on Spirit-anointed leadership

The Great Lakes Region serves to equip pastors and staffs with Leadership Development tools, provides support to local boards and churches during pastoral transitions, and helps to build the pipeline of our next generation of leaders through the GLR Residency Program.

WHAT WE DO

Leadership starts with YOU!
As you develop your leadership skills, know you don’t have to do it alone! Leadership doesn’t have to look lonely. Our cohorts are designed for growth and connection where pastors and leaders can grow in community over curated topics and sharpen one another towards spiritual and personal growth.
Check out our offerings for the fall and choose the cohort that best suits your growth and connection needs!

  1. Paid work in healthy local ministry
